测试原理：Thisassayemploysatwo-sitesandwichELISAtoquantitateIgGinsamples.AnantibodyspecificforIgGhasbeenpre-coatedontoamicroplate.StandardsandsamplesarePipettedintothewellsandanyIgGpresentisboundbytheimmobilizedantibody.Afterremovinganyunboundsubstances,abiotin-conjugatedantibodyspecificforIgGisaddedtothewells.Afterwashing,StreptavidinconjugatedHorserADIshPeroxidase(HRP)isaddedtothewells.Followingawashtoremoveanyunboundavidin-enzymereagent,asubstratesolutionisaddedtothewellsandcolordevelopsinproportiontotheamountofIgGboundintheinitialstep.Thecolordevelopmentisstoppedandtheintensityofthecolorismeasured.
