Endoglin, also known as CD105, is a type I integral transmembrane glycoprotein and is an accessory receptor for TGF-beta superfamily ligands. Endoglin is highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells, chondrocytes, and syncytiotrophoblasts of term placenta.
