Description
HCV Real Time RT-PCR Kit is used for the precise quantitative detection of Hepatitis C virus by using real time PCR system, providing reliable diagnostic result for Hepatitis C. Hepatitis C Virus, known as HCV for short, is a positive-strand RNA virus. Its route of transmission is parenteral transmission and it is spread primarily by direct contact with contaminated blood. Clinical manifestations of HCV and HBV are similar, but the threat to human health is as much as HBV. HCV has a wider distribution and it is easier to become chronic, cirrhosis and liver cancer.
