Gentarget/MLLB2 / GFP (Neomycin) stable cell line/SC055-G/1 Ea

Transformed from MLLB2 cell line ( an adhesive, Rat (Rattus norvegicus) prostate epithelial cancer cell line, derived from a adult malignant rat prostate tumor obtained from a 22 month old inbred Copenhagen rat.) by lentivirus expressing enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the constitutive enhanced CMV promoter. (suCMV), Cell line contains a Neomycin antibiotic selection marker. Product Manual.
The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.

Each cell showed strong GFP fluorescent signal.
