从人体血液中提取总 RNA。使用总 700 ng RNA、oligo-d(T) 引物、200 U HelixCript™ Thermo Reverse Transcriptase 在 50 ℃ 或 200 U Promega 的 M-MLV RTase（Promega，美国）在 42 ℃ 合成第一链 cDNA。在 50 μl PCR 反应中，10% 的 cDNA 反应与对应于人类动力蛋白基因片段的引物组和 2.5 U HelixAmp™ HyperSense-Taq DNA 聚合酶一起使用。

酶活性：RNA 依赖性 DNA 聚合酶上升。无 RNase H 活性

推荐反应温度：42 to 65 ℃

Storage buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 100 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA-NaOH (pH 8.0), 1 mM DTT, 稳定剂, 50 % 甘油
