CovaChems CHCA (α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid) is ideally suited for MALDI-MS applications. CHCA is generally the preferred matrix for obtaining MALDI-MS spectra of protein digests or other peptides with masses below 4,000 daltons. This high purity MALDI matrix is refined through multiple recrystallizations and other purification processes. CHCA for MALDI-MS is one of CovaChems signature products.
