1:荧光标记到细胞是标记到细胞表面还是细胞质内?
2:荧光应该随着细胞的分化和增殖逐渐消失?是不是分化增殖越快,荧光消失速度越快?
3:有哪些容易操作,成本便宜的荧光物质?

1,逆转录病毒将GFP基因导入干细胞,这种办法在导入基因时好像比较麻烦,但是检测好像比较简单。
2,将雄性干细胞植入雌性动物,追踪Y染色体,即SRY基因,但是看文献上说SRY追踪的FISH技术复杂,费用高,但是还没有看到具体的技术步骤,也不知道具体要多少费用。
请多指教
