Rechargeable Electronic Pipette Operation - he body of the Excel electronic pipettes have been designed to fit comfortably in the right or left hand. Along with being lightweight, the unit is also well balanced. The plunger button, located on the back side of the instrument, requires just a small movement of the index finger to activate, reducing the risk of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI). The pipette tip ejector slides easily with slight pressure from the thumb. A small, rechargeable, Lithium-ion battery powers the Labnet Excel electronic pipettes. A complete charge is achieved in just eight hours and last for 2000 pipetting cycles. To ensure that a fresh battery is always available, a stand alone charger and extra batteries are available. Also available is a 3 position linear stand for up to three single or multichannel pipettes and a carousel stand for up to six single or multichannel pipettes.

像乙醇、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、丙酮这类毒性较低,挥发性不是很大的,移液枪取肯定没问题,但是一个移液枪最多也就取10ml,我觉用这么精准的仪器来取溶剂,既麻烦又没必要;
像一些吡啶、哌啶类的毒性较大的,你用移液枪取后很容易有残留,造成污染就不好了;
还有就是性质不稳定的例如三氯氧磷啊、二氯亚砜啊这类,挥发枪,和空气中水反应。。。最好不要用移液器,你想取样精密点,就查密度称重取就好了。。。
还有很多例如氯苯之类的密度大于水的有机溶剂,粘度又小,用移液枪取很容易滴漏,造成损失误差;
你说一句“有机溶剂”,但其实情况很复杂的。。。所以,具体情况具体分析

四字原则:吸 擦 调 放
吸:用吸耳球吸取液体,四指拿移液管,食指扣于移液管上口。
擦:吸取后用滤纸擦干管壁。
调:放松食指使液体流出,调至刻度线,按紧。
放:沿器壁放入所需容器。
垂直是为了保证最后只剩下半滴时,移液管不计算在内的体积。如果移液管上没有写“吹”字,那么最后半滴可以不要。
移液管
用来准确移取一定体积的溶液的量器。移液管是一种量出式仪器,只用来测量它所放出溶液的体积。它是一根中间有一膨大部分的细长玻璃管。其下端为尖嘴状,上端管颈处刻有一条标线,是所移取的准确体积的标志。
