Human CD16 is a low affinity receptor for complexed IgG and occurs in two distinct forms, as a glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol (GPI) anchored protein in granulocytes, and as an integral membrane protein on NK cells and macrophages.
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Human polymorphonuclear leukocytes
Specificity: Antibody 3G8 recognizes both allelic forms of human CD16 (1, 4). It is cross reactive with cynomolgus (7) as well as Rhesus monkey(10) CD16.
Functional Application: Antibody 3G8 blocks binding of complexed IgG to CD16 (2, 5, 9), and has been used to block ADCC in Vitro (11).It is not suitable for Western blot. Ancell 3G8 F(ab‘2) has been used to upregulate Mac-1 expression in neutrophils (8).

实验室现在只有－80度低温冰箱，可不可以代替呢？
首先呢，告诉你下，标本放在的不是液氮的密闭容易，而是液氮罐或者液氮冰箱，是可以开盖子的
第二个，液氮其实就类似于热水，在常温中沸腾然后挥发，所有的液氮容器都不是因为压力问题而液化，因为没有这种容器。。而是在空分厂的时候经过电加压制作出的液氮保存在液氮罐里（类似于热水保存在暖壶里，只是液氮罐有真空层，保温效果好），所以是无压力或者是低压的。。如果是高压，那说明不是液氮罐，而是压缩气体的钢瓶。。就是这样。。。
最好是采集完了之后用液氮速冻后,存放在-70的超低温冰箱里.-20度并不能存多久,尤其是如果你要用来做cDNA文库这类对RNA质量要求很高的实验的话是绝对不行的.
