Human CD16 is a low affinity receptor for complexed IgG and occurs in two distinct forms, as a glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol (GPI) anchored protein in granulocytes, and as an integral membrane protein on NK cells and macrophages.
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Human polymorphonuclear leukocytes
Specificity: Antibody 3G8 recognizes both allelic forms of human CD16 (1, 4). It is cross reactive with cynomolgus (7) as well as Rhesus monkey(10) CD16.
Functional Application: Antibody 3G8 blocks binding of complexed IgG to CD16 (2, 5, 9), and has been used to block ADCC in Vitro (11).It is not suitable for Western blot. Ancell 3G8 F(ab‘2) has been used to upregulate Mac-1 expression in neutrophils (8).

1.先将冻存管放入4℃冰箱,约40min.
2.接着置于-20℃冰箱,约30～60min.
3.置于-80℃超低温冰箱中放置过夜.
4.置于液氮罐中长期保存.
最好是采集完了之后用液氮速冻后,存放在-70的超低温冰箱里.-20度并不能存多久,尤其是如果你要用来做cDNA文库这类对RNA质量要求很高的实验的话是绝对不行的.

实验室现在只有－80度低温冰箱，可不可以代替呢？
我现在要测脑组织匀浆的SOD活性和MDA的含量，但是因为还有其他的一些指标要测，所以需要先把脑组织保存５－１０天左右才有时间测．虽然这两个指标有很多人测，我查了一下资料，也问了几个人，答案各不相同，有人说是放在低温冰箱里面就可以了，液氮罐只是适用于长期保存；也有人说放低温冰箱SOD的活性容易丧失，到底该怎么样保存最合适？谢谢！
