文献上说是液氮保存，
实验室现在只有－80度低温冰箱，可不可以代替呢？
1, 液氮罐口径只有50mm，里面根本看不清，也不能伸进去大的东西捞，通过打捞的办法很难打捞起来。
2. 把液氮全倒出来的话，我担心泡沫盒承受不了这个温度，而且没有备用液氮罐，也没备用液氮，也没有负80度冰箱，万一这些倒出来的液氮气化掉了，而且口子这么小，我担心液氮灌不进去，到时候只能眼睁睁的看着细胞化掉了。
谁有这个经验啊，救救小女子吧，不胜感激啊！我要尽快把细胞弄出来！
最好是采集完了之后用液氮速冻后,存放在-70的超低温冰箱里.-20度并不能存多久,尤其是如果你要用来做cDNA文库这类对RNA质量要求很高的实验的话是绝对不行的.
