NanoHelix Uracil-DNA-glycosylase(UDG), also known as UNG, is an engineered E. coli enzyme catalyzing the hydrolysis of N-glcosylic bond between the uracil and sugar, leaving an apyrimidinic site in uracil-containing single or double-stranded DNA. This enzyme has been engineered to be more susceptible to high-temperature and inactivated easily during the dUTP containing PCR or real-time PCR. The wild-type of E. coli UDG is resistant to thermal inactivation. For PCR diagnosis, UDG can be used for efficient removal of carryover contaminated uracil-containing DNA.

第二个,液氮其实就类似于热水,在常温中沸腾然后挥发,所有的液氮容器都不是因为压力问题而液化,因为没有这种容器。。而是在空分厂的时候经过电加压制作出的液氮保存在液氮罐里(类似于热水保存在暖壶里,只是液氮罐有真空层,保温效果好),所以是无压力或者是低压的。。如果是高压,那说明不是液氮罐,而是压缩气体的钢瓶。。就是这样。。。
