干燥箱可分为普通式和鼓风式两种。后者在箱内装有一个风机,用以加快热空气的对流,使箱内温度均匀。同时使箱内物品蒸发的水蒸气加速散发到箱外的空气中,以提高干燥效率。
培养箱主要有直热式和隔水式两种:直热式用电热丝直接加热。隔水式培养箱的恒温室被水箱包围,通电后,加热的是水,利用热水的温度使箱内恒温,故为间接加热。这种培养箱温度的上升或下降较为缓慢,更适合于细菌培养箱。
