Storage and stability: Upon receiving, store the product at -20°C. After reconstitution, store the working aliquots at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For extended storage, aliquot the solution and freeze at -70°C or -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
About SPARC: SPARC (secreted protein, acidic and rich in cysteine) is a matrix associated protein that elicits changes in cell shape, inhibits cell cycle progression, and influences the synthesis of extracellular matrix (ECM). It is also known as osteonectin (ON) or basement-membrane protein 40 (BM-40). SPARC contains two calcium binding sites; an N-terminal acidic region and a C-terminal extracellular calcium binding domain with two EF-hand motifs. SPARC is produced by fibroblasts, capillary endothelial cells, platelets and macrophages, especially in areas of tissue morphogenesis and remodeling. SPARC is abundantly expressed in bone, where it promotes osteoblast differentiation and inhibits adipogenesis.

超声破碎的条件不能一概而论,要看你的实验要求,有的是细菌破碎,有的是对组织细胞进行破碎,要掌握好功率和每次超声时间,功率大时,每次超声时间可缩短,不能让温度升高,必要时在冰浴条件下进行超声破碎。至于每次超声时是否起泡沫到不是关键的问题,这与你超声的量明显有关。
