Intended Use:
AESKUBLOTS Food Intolerance SIX is a membrane based enzyme immunoassay for quantitative detection of food-specific IgG4antibodies in human serum or plasma. Antigens are located as parallel lines at exactly defined positions on a nitrocellulose membrane.The assay permits a large number of tests to be conducted in parallel over a short period of time. The assay is used to support the diagnostic process in patients suspected to have food intolerances.

其他诸如设置工作时间，定时，脉冲，连续等，随意，无要求；使用完毕放回干燥清洁的保管箱或工作台；
使用任何产品都要保持良好的使用习惯，注意保养，可提高使用寿命，就跟电视、电脑一样的。
二是镜检染色观察计数，破碎完全的基本看不到完整的菌体，都是细胞碎片
三是测菌液的电导率，根据电导率大小来判断。
超声破碎的条件不能一概而论，要看你的实验要求，有的是细菌破碎，有的是对组织细胞进行破碎，要掌握好功率和每次超声时间，功率大时，每次超声时间可缩短，不能让温度升高，必要时在冰浴条件下进行超声破碎。至于每次超声时是否起泡沫到不是关键的问题，这与你超声的量明显有关。
