DESCRIPTION: Biotin conjugated Murine anti-vif HIV-1 mAb (clone 15).
PURIFICATION: Highly purified mAb IgG (>95% pure) was used for biotin conjugation and the conjugate was purified by gel exclusion chromatography.
SPECIFICITY: This biotin conjugated mAb binds to native and recombinant HIV-1 vif in Dot Blot assays, ELISA and Western ELISA. Useful for CEM15/vif binding assays.

APPLICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications.
ELISA may be performed in 1 : 2000 dilution range depending on the concentration of the test ligand and specificity and sensitivity of the secondary reagents. Western ELISA may be performed in 10-100pg p66 range with 1:500 dilution of the conjugate.
