【求助】流式抗体保存不慎

问题描述：

大家好，我上周四用完流式荧光抗体之后忘了放到四度，在室温避光放了5天，是在化了冰的水里泡了5天，在空调的屋子里，呜呜，不知道还能不能用，很贵的。
有哪位比较明白的能给我提点建议么，这两天真是晕到家了。谢谢！

询问了ebioscience的服务人员，说荧光抗体比较稳定，室温放五天没有问题，后来上过机感觉可以，真是万幸下面是服务人员给我的解答，附上：The PE anti-mouse Ly-6G (Gr-1, Gr1), Cat# 12-5931 andFITC anti-mouse CD11b, Cat# 11-0112 should be fine after leaving them at room temperature for 5 days.Both the fluorochromes are quite stable, and as you did have them stored in the dark, they should not have been compromised.However, I would recommend that you do a small scale experiment to test the performance of both antibodies, just to make certain that no damage occurred.版主alishang留言: 这是一个重要的失误反馈，加分鼓励反馈
