The mouse IFN-γ ELISAPRO kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify mouse IFN-γ in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains an ELISA plate pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and ELISA diluent. The ELISA diluent prevents false positive read-outs which may be caused by heterophilic antibodies found in serum and plasma samples.
Pre-coated ELISA plates save time and reduce assay variability.

IFN-γInterferon-γ (IFN-γ, also known as IFN-gamma, IFN-g, IFNg and Interferon-gamma) is produced mainly by activated T cells and NK cells. It is a proinflammatory cytokine that activates macrophages and endothelial cells, but it also regulates immune responses by effecting APC and T and B cells. Production of IFN-γ by helper T cells as well as cytotoxic T cells is a hallmark of the TH1-type phenotype, thus, high-level production of IFN-γ is typically associated with effective host defense against intracellular pathogens.

尽量使用已经用荧光素标记好的单克隆抗体。
如果是单色实验,荧光素的亮度越强越好,比如标记了APC的抗体就要比标记了pacific blue的在相同抗原量,抗体用量相同的情况下,要亮很多
如果是多色实验,除了不要使用光谱重叠度高的荧光素以外,还要搭配染色指数。简单的说,就是用亮度强的荧光素标记的抗体来染水平低的抗原,而用较弱的荧光素标记的抗体来染高表达的抗原。
