LY2811376 is a non-peptidic inhibitor of BACE1.Beta-secretase 1 (BACE1) is an aspartic-acid protease that cleaves the amyloid precursor protein (APP) into amyloid-βpeptide (Aβ), which plays a critical role in Alzheimer’s disease (AD).In recombinant enzyme assays, LY2811376 inhibited hBACE1 with IC50 values of 249 nM and 239 nM against a larger chimeric protein substrate and a small synthetic peptide, respectively. In a human embryonic kidney cell line overexpressed APP, LY2811376 decreased Aβ secretion with EC50 value of 300 nM in a concentration-dependant way [1]. In SH-SY5Y cells, LY2811376 reduced Aβ1-40 and Aβ1-42 secreted to the cell medium while increased the level of Aβ5-40 [2].In the APPV717F mouse, LY2811376 significantly reduced Aβ, as well as sAPP and C99, the cleavage products of APP by BACE1 [1]. In a healthy population (n =18), LY2811376 (30 mg, 90 mg) increased Aβ5-40 and Aβ5-X in a dose-dependant way, while Aβ1-34 reduced in a same way. 基本原则
健康的鸡不会(必)用抗生素,不用抗生素能否养出健康的鸡?
蛋鸡品种差异较大、营养不均衡、环境应激、疾病等导致蛋壳破损严重,鸡舍卫生条件差及一些肠道疾病通常会导致粪污污染加剧,鸡蛋易被微生物污染。如不使用抗生素会导致鸡只大量死亡,在实际生产过程中养殖户会不间断地使用抗生素进行蛋鸡保健和治疗。
无抗必须改变和升级
最小限度疾病(MD)种鸡群,硬件上的温湿环境有害气体与生物的全面控制,基于群体的防疫体系与健康疾病管理,基于科学的程序化的养鸡生产。在养殖管理方面,鸡群温度控制在13~24℃,空气湿度55%~65%,并有新鲜清洁的空气,光照强度维持在10~20 LX,避免低光照强度、缩短光照时间及任意更改光照时间,充分发挥蛋鸡的生产潜能;日常管理工作要保持鸡舍人员的相对稳定,定期检测鸡群的体重,观察过肥、过瘦鸡群的比例,及时调整饲喂计划,及时淘汰;避免陌生人或动物闯入鸡舍,减少停水、停电、称重、高温等因素引起的应激,避免管理不当导致蛋鸡产蛋期过早结束,提高养殖场的经济效益。
