Inorganic pyrophosphate (also referred toas diphosphate, pyrophosphoric acid or PPi) is a small diphosphate molecule that is required as a substrate or is the product formed from a number ofdifferent enzymatic reactions. Enzymes that utilize PPi as a substrate mayinclude phosphotransferases (EC 2.7) and pyrophosphatases (EC 3.6.1.1). Enzymesthat generate PPi are more numerous and may include cyclases (EC 4.6.1),hydrolyses (EC 3) and ligases (EC 6). The PPiLight™ Assay is a non-radioactivebioluminescent assay for the detection of inorganic pyrophosphate. In thepresence of PPi the detection reagent catalyses the conversion of AMP to ATP.The assay uses luciferase, which produces light from the newly formed ATP andluciferin.

5. 误差的修正:在确认仪表显示的值不是正确的测量值时可对显示值进行修正。按SET键5-8
秒进入仪表内层菜单,第一个出现的参数为首位显示P.进入设定最低加热功率系数,再按一次SET键出现并的参数C即误差修正参数,配合△或▽键可修改此参数。误差的修正的范围为-9.9℃到+9.9℃,(例如:控温仪显示温度37℃,水箱内的实际温度36℃,则C值减少1℃。 如果控温仪显示温度37℃,水箱内的实际温度38℃,则C值增加1℃。)修正完成后再按一下SET键退出。仪表出厂时C值已修正,使用时要防止把显示正确的仪表修正至不正确。
