Continuetorepeatstep1at24hourperiods(i.e.daily)untilthereisnochangeinthenumberofcells/mlofculture.
Plotcellconcentrationonalogscalevstimeofculture.IdentifyandlabeltheLag,LogandPlateauphasesforyourculture.
SelectaperiodoftimeduringtheLogPhaseandcomputethedoublingtimeforyourculture.Thatis,thetimerequiredduringtheLogPhasetoexactlydoublethenumberofcells/ml.
