2.将灵敏度开关调至“1”档（若零点调节器调不到“0”时，需选用较高档。）
3.根据所需波长转动波长选择钮。
4.将空白液及测定液分别倒入比色杯3/4处，用擦镜纸擦清外壁，放入样品室内，使空白管对准光路。
5.在暗箱盖开启状态下调节零点调节器，使读数盘指针指向t=0处。
6.盖上暗箱盖，调节“100”调节器，使空白管的t=100，指针稳定后逐步拉出样品滑竿，分别读出测定管的光密度值，并记录。
7.比色完毕，关上电源，取出比色皿洗净，样品室用软布或软纸擦净。
