MoBiTec GmbH is a privately held company that was founded by Prof. Dr. Stephan Diekmann in 1987. The close relation to the Max-Planck Society as well as the location in Goettingen, one of Germany’s leading research centers, facilitated close cooperation with some of Germany’s most inventive scientists. Iwai-Chem的KAC的MC-210 支原体去除剂(MRA)由于具有支原体酸性特性,因此含有喹啉作为抗生素。喹啉抑制支原体DNA促旋酶或拓扑异构酶IV酶并干扰DNA复制。推荐的治疗剂量为0.5μg/ mL,持续1周。由Dainippon Pharmaceuticals开发,已被证明是有效的消除治疗方法,具有20多年的低细胞毒性。
