5"-CE PHOSPHORAMIDITES
Glen Research 5"-CE (ß--cyanoethyl) Phosphoramidites are designed for the production of 5"-5" or 3"-3" linkages, useful in antisense studies, or to synthesize oligonucleotide segments in the opposite sense from normal synthesis, for structural studies. These monomers are packaged in ABI-style vials (see note box).
