One-Step Strep A Test is a lateral flow, one-step immunoassay for the rapid, qualitative detection of Group A Streptococcal antigen from throat swabs.The Strep A antigen from specimen reacts with colored antibody-colloidal gold conjugate to form Strep A antigen-antibody complexes. The mixture then moves chromatographically across the membrane to the immobilized rabbit anti-Strep A antibody at the test band region, a pink band will appear.
Sensitivity: 2.5 × 105 organisms per test
Take less than 5 minutes to be sure;
Easy to conduct and need no other reagent;
Test results can be read visually without any instrument.

One Step TP (Anti-Syphilis) Tests
One Step TP Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of syphilis antibodies in serum, as an aid in the diagnosis of syphilis infection. It is based on the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay for determination of syphilis antibodies in serum. Purified recombinant syphilis antigens are employed to identify Syphilis antibodies specifically.
Sensitivity: 99.5% Specificity: 99.5%
Test results are read visually without any instrument;
Test kit is easy to operate;
No other reagent is needed.

One Step TB (Tuberculosis) Test
Tuberculosis remains an important socio-economical and medical problem throughout the world. As an aid to determinate the infection of this disease, the TB Rapid Test is a chromatographic immunoassay (CIA) for direct qualitative detection of Tuberculosis antibody in human serum or plasma.
specificity: 99.7% Sensitivity: 98.2%
Takes less 15 minutes to be sure;
No other reagent is needed;
Qualitative results are read visually without any instrument.
