  • Efficient protein delivery into a wide variety of cell types
  • 2X more effective than electroporation
  • Efficient delivery of a variety of proteins, peptides, and other macromolecules
  • Fast and Easy Protocol

BioPORTER® Protein Delivery Reagent is a unique lipid formulation that allows direct translocation of proteins into living cells. BioPORTER Protein Delivery kits provide researchers with a quick and easy method to study protein function without the need for cloning and DNA transfection. After capturing the protein, the reagent transports the lipid protein complex into the target cell. The delivered proteins retain their structure and function while leaving the transduced cells unharmed. The reagent is especially useful when studying protein function in cells that are difficult to transfect using traditional DNA protein transfection reagents.

ContentsBioPORTER kits are available as either a bulk reagent or as pre-dispensed and dried in convenient single-use QuikEase vials.
