Highly expressed in the breast, prostate, placenta, kidney, pituitary and corpus callosum. Weakly expressed in heart and intestine. Also highly expressed in cells derived from an adenocarcinoma of the cervix and lung carcinoma. Up-regulated by estrogen in breast cancer cells lines.
