Specificity: This R-Phycoerythrin conjugated mAb binds to native and recombinant HIV-1 vif as determined by dot blot and Western blot assays. Detection range: 50-200pg vif.

Application and Instruction for use:
Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. Dot Blot assays with purified vif may be performed in 1 : 200 dilution range. vif may be detected in viral lysates by direct immunofluorescent assays. R-Phycoerythrin conjugates can be used with three- and four-color fluorescence cell sorting. R-Phycoerythrin is excited with argon ion laser at 488nm and detected at 570nm.
