DescriptionRecombinant Turbo His-GST-HRV 3C Protease encoded by human rhinovirus 14 3C gene is highly speckfic for(the recognition \"PreScission\" sequence Leu-Glu-Val-Leu-Phe-Gln-↓-Gly-Pro (LEVLFQ↓GP) and cleaves between the Gln and Gly residues. It is engineered as a fusion protein with both polyhistidine (6xHis) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) tags, which facilitate easy removal of the protease after cleavage using either glutathione (GSH) or metal chelates resins. Turbo His-GST HRV 3C exhibits highest activity around neutral pH in a variety of commonly used buffers at temperature ranging from 22 to 37℃. It also retains robust activity at 4℃, allowing removal of purification tags from target proteins at low temperature
