Description: Human Ret (GenBank Accession No. NM_020975), (a.a. 658-end) with N-terminal GST tag, MW= 77.5 kDa, expressed in an Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Source: Baculovirus infected Sf9 cells. Stability: >6 months at -80°C Purity: >80% by SDS-PAGE. Specific Activity: 40 U/ug. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will transfer 1 pmol phosphate to Tyr substrate per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C.
