Description:
Kit contains all enzymes, oligos and reagents necessary for real-time fluorescent DNA amplification for detection of the target Listeria monocytogenes hly gene in less than 10 minutes. Listeria monocytogenes is one of the most virulent food-borne pathogens known, with 20 to 30 percent of clinical infections resulting in death. This test is designed to detect the presence of the Listeriolysin O gene, hly, which helps to make Listeria monocytogenes such a dangerous pathogen. User must perform sample preparation.
