Description:The BrightDye® Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit is designed for de novo sequencing, resequencing, PCR product, plasmid, fosmid, and BAC templates by utilizing highly flexible chemistry. This kit uses four different fluorescent dyes to label ddNTPs, which are added sequentially to the primer through a cycle sequencing reaction. All required reagents for the sequencing procedure are in a reaction-ready, pre-mixed format. BrightDye terminator kit is compatible with commercially available BigDye terminator V3.1 kit, without any changes in the workflow.With enhanced robustness and better dye mobility characteristics, the BrightDye® Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit can be used in a wide range of applications with the following features:
