产品概述 Abcam s ADAM9 Human ELISA Kit (ab193690) is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Human ADAM9 in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants.This assay employs an antibody specific for Human ADAM9 coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and the immobilized antibody captures ADAM9 present in the samples. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-Human ADAM9 antibody is added. After washing away any unbound biotinylated antibody, an HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. After incubation, the wells are again washed, followed by the addition of a TMB substrate solution to the wells. Color will develop in proportion to the amount of ADAM9 bound in each well.
