ACROBiosystems newly added the world\'s first full length human PD1 protein to an already extensive archive of PD1 family proteins. The full length protein demonstrates a much higher binding affinity against PDL1 than the PD1 ECD protein.A representative ELISA result showed that immobilized full length human PD1 (PD1HC214,20 ng/well) can bind with human PDL1 with a linear range of 1.278ng, which is much higher than the PD1 ECD protein (linear range 250ng1,250ng).We also provide a wide variety of PD1 family proteins from different species.
