驴抗羊免疫球蛋白二抗抗体

Affinity 的驴抗羊免疫球蛋白 – 二抗经过免疫亲和纯化并与辣根过氧化物酶缀合。在含有 50% 甘油 (v/v) 的缓冲稳定剂溶液中,APIgG-HRP 浓度为 1 mg/ml。通过分光光度法测定,该缀合物的 Rz 比(Reinheitszahl,A403/A280)≥ 0.25。总蛋白为 0.5 mg。
