Intended Use:
AESKUBLOTS Food Intolerance FIVE is a membrane based enzyme immunoassay for quantitative detection of food-specific IgG4antibodies in human serum or plasma. Antigens are located as parallel lines at exactly defined positions on a nitrocellulose membrane.The assay permits a large number of tests to be conducted in parallel over a short period of time. The assay is used to support the diagnostic process in patients suspected to have food intolerances.

1、在设备使用过程中，应对安全阀加以维修和检查，当设备闲置较长时间重新使用时应扳动安全阀上的小扳手，检查阀心是否灵活，防止弹簧因生锈影响安全阀跳起。同时设备工作时，当压力超过0.165Mpa时，安全阀不开启，应立即关闭电源，打开放气阀旋钮，当压力回到0时，稍等1-2min，在打开容器盖并及时更换安全阀。
2、压力表应定期检查，保证安全使用，若压力表指示不稳或不能恢复到0时，应及时检修或更换。
3、橡胶密封圈易老化变形，如有发现应及时更换。发现螺丝，螺母松动应及时加固。
4、堆放灭菌物品时，严禁堵塞安全阀的出气孔，必须留有空间保证其畅通放气。
每次使用前必须检查外桶内水量是否保持在灭菌桶搁脚处。
5、当灭菌持续时，在进行新的灭菌时，应留有5min的时间，并打开上盖让设备有时间冷却。
灭菌液体时，以不超过3/4体积为好，瓶口切勿使用未开孔的橡胶或软木塞。灭菌液体结束时不准立即释放蒸汽，必须待压力回到0时方可排放余汽。
