Where resin columns fall short, this new system provides highcapacity and purity in just five minutes, from loading sample applicationthrough elution. Novel nylon membranes have been assembled into spin columns,creating a no-waiting,room-temperature workflow compatible with both mammalianand bacterial cells. Exceptional performance is consistent undera wide rangeof research settings, including denaturing conditions, in the presence ofadditives (e.g., βME, EDTA, DTT, glycerol, TCEP, etc.; see table below), andwhen performing tandem purification of his-tagged proteins.

高压灭菌锅简介
高压灭菌锅又名高压蒸汽灭菌锅,可分为手提式灭菌锅和立式高压灭菌锅。利用电热丝加热水产生蒸汽,并能维持一定压力的装置。主要有一个可以密封的桶体,压力表,排气阀,安全阀,电热丝等组成。高压灭菌锅用途
适用于医疗卫生事业,科研,农业等单位,对医疗器械,敷料,玻璃器皿,溶液培养基等进行消毒灭菌,是理想的设备。手提式高压灭菌锅是食品厂、饮用水厂办QS、HACCP认证的必备检验设备.
高压灭菌锅控制方式

高压灭菌锅如何使用
1、在外层锅内加适量的水,将需要灭菌的物品放入内层锅,盖好锅盖并对称地扭紧螺旋。
2、加热使锅内产生蒸气,当压力表指针达到 33.78kPa时,打开排气阀,将冷空气排出,此时压力表指针下降,当指针下降至零时,即将排气阀关好。
3、继续加热,锅内蒸气增加,压力表指针又上升,当锅内压力增加到所需压力时,将火力减小,按所灭菌物品的特点,使蒸气压力维持所需压力一定时间,然后将灭菌器断电或断火,让其自然冷后再慢慢打开排气阀以排除余气,然后才能开盖取物。
需要达到103.4kPa(1.05kg/cm2)蒸汽压下,温度达121.3℃的条件。高压蒸汽灭菌法 可杀灭包括芽胞在内的所有微生物。方法是将需灭菌的物品放在高压锅内,加热时蒸汽不外溢,高压锅内温度随着蒸汽压的增加而升高。在103.4kPa(1.05kg/cm2)蒸汽压下,温度达到121.3℃。因为蒸汽不能溢出,而增加了灭菌器内的压力,从而使沸点增高,得到高于100℃的温度。导致菌体蛋白质凝固变性而达到灭菌的目的。
