Application and Instructions for use
Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. 1. ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1 : 200 depending on the concentration of p17 in the test system. p17 capture ELISA may be performed in 1 : 200 dilution range depending on the capture ligand concentration and p17 concentration in the test sample.

请问有哪位大神做过几个同源基因氨基酸序列保守性的图，本人做了一篇几个同源基因的SNP与疾病相关性的研究，投稿后，reviewer给的意见是，希望做一副这几个同源基因的氨基酸序列比对结果图，标注保守序列，我会查，但是不知道怎么做图，截屏么？还是有什么专用的软件？谢谢大家！
