Gamma-aminobutyricacid(GABA)istheprimaryinhibitoryneurotransmitterinthecentralnervoussystem,causingahyperpolarizationofthemembranethroughtheopeningofaCl−channelassociatedwiththeGABAAreceptor(GABAA-R)subtype.GABAA-Rsareimportanttherapeutictargetsforarangeofsedative,anxiolytic,andhypnoticagentsandareimplicatedinseveraldiseasesincludingepilepsy,anxiety,depression,andsubstanceabuse.TheGABAA-Risamultimericsubunitcomplex.Todatesixαs,fourβsandfourγs,plusalternativesplicingvariantsofsomeofthesesubunits,havebeenidentified(OlsenandTobin,1990;Whitingetal.,1999;Ogrisetal.,2004).InjectioninoocytesormammaliancelllinesofcRNAcodingforα-andβ-subunitsresultsintheexpressionoffunctionalGABAA-RssensitivetoGABA.However,coexpressionofaγ-subunitisrequiredforbenzodiazepinemodulation.Thevariouseffectsofthebenzodiazepinesinbrainmayalsobemediatedviadifferentα-subunitsofthereceptor(McKernanetal.,2000;MehtaandTicku,1998;Ogrisetal.,2004;Pöltletal.,2003).

慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎亦称桥本甲状腺炎,是一种自体免疫性疾病。
本病多见于中年女性,表现为甲状腺肿,起病缓慢,常在无意中发现,体积约为正常甲状腺的2~3倍,表面光滑,质地坚韧有弹性如橡皮,明显结节则少见,无压痛,与四周无粘连,可随吞咽运动活动。
若出现甲状腺机能亢进症的表现时,宜吃得清淡,吃含维生素高的新鲜蔬菜、水果及营养丰富的瘦肉、鸡肉、鸭肉、甲鱼、淡水鱼、香菇、银耳、百合、桑椹等食物。忌食碘、辣椒、羊肉、浓茶、咖啡等湿热或具有刺激性的食物。
若出现甲状腺机能减退症的表现时,除忌碘外,宜吃含维生素高的新鲜的蔬菜、水果,还宜胡桃肉、枸杞子、山药、芡实等食物。
其主要作用就是人体的防御军队,抵抗外来的病毒、细菌的侵袭。
抗体都是免疫球蛋白而免疫球蛋白不一定都是抗体。原因是抗体是由浆细胞产生,且能与相应抗原特异性结合发挥免疫功能的球蛋白。而免疫球蛋白是具有抗体活性或化学结构与抗体相似的球蛋白,如骨髓瘤患者血清中异常增高的骨髓瘤蛋白,是由浆细胞瘤产生,其结构与抗体相似,但无免疫功能。因此,免疫球蛋白可看做是化学结构上的概念,抗体则是生物学功能上的概念。
