The ICE Peptide Pool is useful as a positive control in IFN-γ ELISPOT assays using human PBMC. The pool of 32 peptides of Influenza A virus (Flu), Cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) epitopes is recognized by CD8 positive T cells and presented by 11 class I HLA-A and HLA-B alleles prevalent among Caucasian individuals. The recommended test concentration is 1 µg of each peptide/ml, 100 µl cell culture/well. Reference: Currier, J.R. et al. 2002.Upon ordering, you will receive one vial which is sufficient to analyze 100 ELISPOT samples. (This item replaces the 23 peptide pool (cat. no. CT370).)
