我做肉瘤的免疫组化，一抗用的ABCom，二抗和DAB用的博士德，但是做了几次都没有任何染色。由于烘箱60度烤片我只烤了20分钟，可能时间短了，但苏木素可以染上，是否说明烤片、脱蜡已足够。
