PepMixes™ Peptide PoolsThe use of complete protein-spanning mixtures of overlapping peptides (PepMix™) is extremely efficient for immunostimulation of T-lymphocytes and diagnostic applications. In order to establish reliable and validated T-cell assays such as ELISPOT, appropriate positive and negative controls are essential. Selection of such controls helps to confirm proper functionality of the assay as well as viability of the cells used.
