我想研究转录因子A对B物质表达有无影响，先构建转录因子A的真核表达载体和含B物质全长启动子区的荧光素酶报告质粒，那么转染时细胞是否加1.A表达载体 2.B荧光素酶报告质粒 3.作为reference的内参质粒？请教有哪位高手做过？可以这么做吗？
