Biological Activity
Potent inhibitor of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) (Ki = 109 nM). Displays no significant activity on several structurally related kinases including ZAPK, SYK, PKCθ, PKA and JAK3. Inhibits AMPK activation induced by AICAR (Cat. No. 2840) and metformin (Cat. No. 2864). Also inhibits bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) type I receptors (ALK2, ALK3 and ALK6). Promotes cardiomyogenesis in mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) in vitro. Promotes neural differentiation of hPSCs as part of a chemical cocktail. Shown to induce autophagy in cancer cell lines via a mechanism independent of AMPK inhibition.Technical Data

高品质小分子化合物总库（High Quality, Small Molecule Screening Libraries）
130万个类药性和类先导性化合物，多数在美国地区有现货储备。客户可以从如下两类不重合的子化合物库中根据自己的实验目的自行挑选。
* CORE Library Stock：超过73万个化合物（8-digit IDs），拥有840个全新的ChemBridge自合成的化学骨架，空间结构独特，其他品牌的化合物库均无法提供。
* EXPRESS-Pick Stock：超过50万个具有新颖性、多样性、类药性的化合物（7-digit IDs），涵盖广泛的化学空间结构。
多样性化合物库（Diversity Libraries）
* DIVERSet™ Libraries：该化合物库包含DIVERSet-CL（含6万个化合物）和DIVERSet-EXP（含5万个化合物）两个子化合物库，两者可组合购买。
大环类化合物库（Macrocycle Library）
包含超过1万个结构各异的大环类化合物。此类化合物特别适用于低成药性靶点（如蛋白-蛋白结合抑制，抗微生物、抗病毒靶点等）。环大小从11个原子到27个原子，分子量超过800。
化合物片段库（Fragment Library）
该化合物库由超过5000个化合物片段组成，适用于基于片段的筛选和使用高通量X射线晶体衍射、NMR、SPR和高浓度的生物分析的新药研发。所有化合物符合MW ≤300, H-bond donors ≤3, H-bond acceptors ≤3, cLogP ≤3。其中有近一半的化合物具有很好的溶解性（ 如在DMSO中最小溶解度超过200mM，在pH 7.4的PBS中最小溶解度超过200uM）。
