A set of miRNA complementary sequences have been engineered at 3 untranslated region of luciferase gene respectively to make a series of miRNA luciferse reporter vectors.When miRNA targets the binding site at 3UTR downstream of reporter luciferase gene, it leads torepression ofthe expression of luciferase andresults in reduction of luciferase enzyme activity.
