Mycoplasma Testing: The cell line has been screened using the PCR-based VenorGeM Mycoplasma Detection kit (Sigma-Aldrich) to confirm the absence of Mycoplasma species. Introduction: IKCA1 is part of a potentially heterotetrameric voltage-independent potassium channel that is activated by intracellular calcium. Activation is followed by membrane hyperpolarization, which promotes calcium influx. The encoded protein may be part of the predominant calcium-activated potassium channel in T-lymphocytes.

第一次养胚胎干细胞,复苏的时候复苏到六孔板中的其中一个孔中,结果发现细胞很多,于是换了两个6cm皿养,结果越养越少。很纳闷。请教了几位蚂蚁淘的前辈们,于是乎有几个问题还是在心中,希望还能在这里能得到答复。
1。培养细胞的时候是一定要在六孔板中吗?那一般复苏细胞的时候复苏到几个孔中呢?
2.细胞的密度是大概多少呢?
3.我用的基质胶,说明书上是1;80,结果在孵箱放了一小时后,发现没有想象的胶凝固的样子,没有像果冻那样。反而还是液体状的,这是能用还是不能用呢?
4.如果基质胶一开始就铺好,等到传代的时候再铺,中间每天都在换液,不容易污染吗?
5。刚复苏的细胞,一直漂浮在培养液里,是慢慢地细胞才会贴在基质胶上么,然后才会慢慢在基质胶上生长么?
低黏附培养板,每孔接种5000个细胞,无血清培养,但是第二天去看,感觉细胞都抱在一起死了,求哪位前辈帮忙看看,这是怎么回事
