| 产品介绍 | background:Tetrodotoxin,frequentlyabbreviatedasTTX,isapotentneurotoxinwithnoknownantidote.Therehavebeensuccessfultestsofapossibleantidoteinmice,butfurthertestsmustbecarriedouttodetermineefficacyinhumans.Fampridinehasbeenshowntoreversetetrodotoxintoxicityinanimalexperiments.Tetrodotoxinblocksactionpotentialsinnervesbybindingtothevoltage-gated,fastsodiumchannelsinnervecellmembranes,essentiallypreventinganyaffectednervecellsfromfiringbyblockingthechannelsusedintheprocess.Thebindingsiteofthistoxinislocatedattheporeopeningofthevoltage-gatedNa+channel.ItsnamederivesfromTetraodontiformes,anorderthatincludespufferfish,porcupinefish,oceansunfishormola,andtriggerfish,severalspeciesthatcarrythetoxin.Althoughtetrodotoxinwasdiscoveredinthesefishandfoundinseveralotheranimals(e.g.,blue-ringedoctopus,rough-skinnednewt,andNaticidae)itisactuallyproducedbycertainsymbioticbacteria,suchasPseudoalteromonastetraodonis,certainspeciesofPseudomonasandVibrio,aswellassomeothersthatresidewithintheseanimals.SWISS:N/ACAS:4368-28-9ImportantNote:Thisproductassuppliedisintendedforresearchuseonly,notforuseinhuman,therapeuticordiagnosticapplications |
