AmplifyRP® XRT for GLRaV-3 is a rapid RNA amplification and detection platform designed for testing grapevines for Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 3. This kit includes lyophilized reaction pellets containing the necessary reagents to amplify GLRaV-3 RNA and an endogenous RNA control at a single operating temperature (42 °C).
AmplifyRP® XRT is a real-time isothermal nucleic acid amplification and detection system that rapidly amplifies small portions of DNA or RNA and offers unrivaled detection capabilities in an easy-to-use testing format. It offers comparable sensitivity and specificity to published PCR methods while eliminating laborious and costly nucleic acid extractions.
The test can be performed virtually anywhere using the battery operated AmpliFire® fluorometer. Assay parameters are loaded via barcode and results are automatically displayed as ( + ) or ( - ).
Prior molecular diagnostic experience is not required to perform AmplifyRP® XRT tests.
NOTE: This assay requires a fluorometer to work properly.

如用PCR方法检测相关病原体,恶性肿瘤的组织病理学检查。
3.HIV抗体检测
采用酶联免疫吸附法、明胶颗粒凝集试验、免疫荧光检测法、免疫印迹检测法、放射免疫沉淀法等,其中前三项常用于筛选试验,后二者用于确证试验。
4.PCR技术检测HIV病毒。
