Description
13-Acetyl-9-dihydrobaccatin-III or 9-dihydro-13-acetylbaccatin III is the most abundant taxane found in the needles of Taxus canadensis, the Canadian yew tree. It is a starting material for the synthesis of taxol and taxotere.
